Whip Up This Slow Cooker Chicken Posole

Now comes the fun part of making this slow cooker dish.

Start by putting the hominy, tomatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, cumin, and enchilada sauce in a crockpot. For this, you’ll need at least a four-quart one. However, you might consider a six-quart slow cooker. Then, add the uncooked chicken.
