The Gallup 9th Street Flea Market has been a staple in the Gallup, NM, community for more than 25 years. With more than 500 vendors, the Gallup 9th Street Flea Market is one of the largest Native American markets in the United States. It serves as an economic driver within the community and as a cultural keystone. Every Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Gallup 9th Street Flea Market fills with a variety of vendors who sell everything from jewelry, paintings, pottery, farm tools, to delicious food and beverages such as mutton stew, Navajo fry bread, tamales, and horchata.

The Gallup 9th Street Flea Market has something for everyone. With more than 500 vendors, shoppers are inundated with a unique and eclectic mix of goods that highlight the wonders of Gallup’s food and culture. Vendors sell everything from Navajo, Acoma Pueblo, Mexican, and Zuni traditional foods and beverages, such as bread baked in wood-fired horno ovens, roast mutton, tacos, burgers, snow cones, and much, much more. In addition, vendors offer a diverse selection of authentic Native American-made silver and turquoise jewelry, necklaces, pottery, kachinas, and wood and stone carvings.
The market also is home to livestock, horse tack, and fresh-cut hay.
The Gallup 9th Street Flea Market is open each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. all year long.
