The Fourth of July is a joyous holiday for all Americans. People all over the country celebrate in a variety of different ways. The second U.S. President and one of the nation’s Founding Fathers, John Adams, predicted grand celebrations around Independence Day every year, and fireworks have long been a part of the festivities from the beginning. Adams would surely be thrilled if he could see the schedule of the events planned in Farmington, New Mexico, between June 30th and July 4th. Residents and visitors can enjoy plenty of fun activities during Freedom Days leading up to the Fourth of July 2023, a tradition that has been going on for 37 years.
