One of the nice things about Halloween treats is that you can have a lot of fun being creative with them. You may first want to try these marshmallow ghost brownies, which everyone can love. This recipe takes some time to make – nearly three hours – however, the results make the time worth the wait. In addition, it makes 12 to 16 servings.

To make the brownies, you’ll need the following:

  • 1 cup, plus 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp. of baking powder
  • 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt
  • 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 9 tbsp. of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c. of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract

Moreover, for the marshmallow ghosts, get 1 ¼ teaspoon of unflavored gelatin, ½ cup of sugar, and some black piping frosting. Make sure you line a 9-inch-by-13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Greasing the paper will prevent sticking. Mix the ingredients, starting by whisking the baking powder, pie spice, flour, and salt. Secondly, melt the butter, cocoa, and chocolate chips in a small saucepan. You’ll then whisk the sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla in a different bowl. Next, add the butter mixture to the sugar mixture to combine. Follow this by adding the flour mixture and transferring it all to the prepared pan.

Lastly, bake the brownies at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes. Then, you can enjoy!
